Anyone get an invite for interview and having trouble opening up the PDQ attachment? My employment history pdf opens fine but can't open the PDQ. My wife even tried with a professional version of Adobe PDF viewer and nadda.

Hello,

I just conducted my interview and one of the interviewer mentioned that I kept looking left and asked if I am reading notes I declined and said I think properly when I look left. Every time I need to think of the past I look left then I make eye contact. I showed my left side of my desk however as soon as I showed it the time finished and it took me back to the lobby.

Two of the questions I had no time to finish the story and it automatically send me back to the lobby and I could not finish the answer.

Are those issues going to get me deferred from the application? I’m stressing out because of it.

Spoke to a current sheriff, he said they usually start hiring in January.

There is no set times or number of people hired each year. Recruitment is done once the ministers office approves the filling of vacant/new positions.

There is considerable recruitment currently ongoing...including for a new Chief Sheriff.

Deadline to have everything in for the Jan 8 class was Nov 22. Hopefully hear something soon so I can give lots of notice at my current work.
