Thank you johnq, that was the kind of advice i was looking for. I feel that my own self assessment is going to be the area i need improvement. I know what i have accomplished because its on paper, being able to explain it in my own words is a different story.

Well ATS date booked for Aug 16 in Kenora. Its been a long 5 years since I did this last. Can't wait to get the process started again.

I just want to say that you sirs are heroes! I've never applied in policing but I've always been fascinated with the people that do it for a reason, and I've always looked up to these officers.

And being a paramedic isn't a joke either, it's one of the most stressful jobs in the world as I can only imagine but you are brave for taking another important job in the world that makes an actual contribution to the community.
