As for username1, I'd love to get in contact with your mortgage broker. Making 50k a year, I was given a mortgage of 180,000 which will barely buy you a trailer in this city these days.

The first I heard about the officers condition was not good, but according to this news story, his status has been upgraded to serious. Thoughts go out to him.
