And we actually do legit police work like Arresting on criminal code warrants and laying our own charges. Provincial statute/municipal bylaw charges I'm assuming? 12.5% over three years is a nice raise. All of us provincial employees just got something along the order of 6%, but the Gov't is going ...

That's a lot of cheddar It's only a 35 hour work week though. The hourly is decent, but at years end your losing a lot compared to a regular 40 hour work week like most other enforcement jobs. Summons folder?

Ok where do I get one of those older summons folders that I can cut down and make more compact?

I was issued one of the big Saunders tri fold aluminium summons folders that is to big and cumbersome for my liking.

After 7 years with Alberta Health Services Protective Services Department (The last 3 years as a Peace Officer) This past week I was hired with the City of Calgary Public Safety and Enforcement Transit Peace Officers.

Start on April 7, looking forward to it!

Sweet, thanks pal. Just curious..how long before your class date did they contact you to go and do your psych test and how long until you received the results from it? I'm just getting a little worried since the next class is in just over a month and a half and I'd still have to go and do the psych ...

When I did my process I was told that if I got a letter in the mail it would tell me I was not being considered at that time. . If you got a call after the interview then they would be letting you know the next step and when training was for you to attend. If I didn’t get a letter or a call back I w...

because you transport prisoners in a truck (bus) If you have more then a certain amount of passengers you need a higher class licence (professional driver)

so i got an email today stating that succesful applicants will be contacted this week. If you dont get an email then you will be placed on a list for 6 months to fill any positions that may come up.
