Is the PREP test no longer needed for the hiring process?

I am reading that it consists of three parts now, submitting documents, and completing two separate examinations completed all online.

And are there any resources or training websites that are good for practicing?

Does anyone know how long I need to wait before I can re-apply?

I have my interview for this position coming up, was just wondering if I need any papers such as resume or anything like that? Any tips would be good too!
