Well a new PB for me. 10:43 this morning. Seeing as I got my PIN this year based on 12:04 I am pretty happy with the significant progress made since June!

Wow I guess this is all starting to really work out (The fitness fun that is!) skipped yesterday and did another PB time today 10:14....only 10 more seconds off and I will have shaved off 2 full minutes from my PIN test!!!

I broke 11 minutes for the first time tonight, clocked in at 10:51. My goal is to break 10 before January.

PB is 9:25 for 1.5 miles. Looking to get it under 9:00.

I started running about a month ago, when i started i couldn't run .5 km without having to stop. Today i did 1.5 miles in 12:00 minutes flat. Hopefully get to the 10 minute mark by christmas.

Still looking for the elusive sub 10 minute. Ran a full marathon six days ago, today was my first day getting back out there for a 6k workout.

First 2.4k = 10:22

Run/walk 3.6k = 20:10

2 years ago I ran a 9:28...hoping to improve this sometime in the near future. Also, I read the post about 7:45...insane!
