CBSA Armorial Bearing "Countdown"

Postby Infidel » Tue Jun 29, 2010 10:22 am

So....any rumours on what our new flashes will look like? I'm banking on the following:

1. No more "sunflower" - instead our coat of arms will be on the flashes
2. the letters CBSA-ASFC will take on a more prominent role, rather than having the current novel on our arm
3. it'll be smaller (I know, I know....it couldn't be any bigger...)

It would be nice to have some distinction between specialties as well, but I'm not counting on it....

Border Police? That's surprising. At least people might get some idea of what we do then instead of ...."Services? What services?"

Obviously the crown is back. Anything more is just a guess. Everyone is holding their cards close to their chest.

Will it say "POLICE"?

No, just the french translation of Police.

And the Coat of Arms will have a picture of one of the agriculture beagles playing with a german sausage.

I have it on good authority that it will have a crown over top of a portcullis. In front of the portcullis will be two crossed liquor bottles and at it's base will be a field of smokes. Hanging down from the top corners of the portcullis will be bratwursts.

Are they going to be equipped with blue lights?
