A friend of mine who works at EMDC said the most recent group did 4 weeks online COTA and the rest is training in house(paid). He’s not sure if this is due to covid or the new way of training going forward. He also knows a friend who received an offer about 3 months ago.

I would schedule the FITCO test as soon as you can. The spots fill up quickly. I did mine in Hamilton. If you’re a runner it’s a no worries, and if not it’s only 4 and a half minutes of jogging and running quickly for a bit. I am just waiting for my Security Clearance, NEO test and offer if everything works out. Good luck.

If you’re a runner it’s a no worries, and if not it’s only 4 and a half minutes of jogging and running quickly for a bit. How was the NEO test. I’m still waiting to be sent the link. They told me during the interview it’s virtual and not very long. Something that you can’t prepare for. I’ve never had to complete a psych test, should be interesting.

It was about 250 questions . Fairly simple and straightforward it’s a personality test. They compare it to the MMPI-2 but it was different, google big 5 personality test and it’s similar to that.
