Is TPS hiring an august/September class?
Yes for August and again in December. And i am hearing the number of recruits they need is between 100-120 for each class this year but not verified.
Thank you! Can anyone confirm these class sizes ?
Current class at the college now has 133. The number of hires for 2019 is supposed to be 300, among 3 classes.

Looking for some advice. It's been 20 days since my psych evaluation, and I haven't heard anything yet. However they did move the evaluation up to an earlier date, so they could consider me for the April class. Just wondering if I should call and see if my status is active or not, or just continue to wait it out.

Does anybody know if interviews have began for the August Class? Applied around two months ago and still no word.

Have you already completed your LFI written and PBQ?

No that is what I was referring to. Should not have used the word interview. After speaking to a recruiter a couple months ago, they said it should be sometime around May but I was wondering if anybody else has been called in for an LFI.

Ah ok. I applied just about 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything so far. I'm guessing since filling the April class is done now, they will now tackle all the applications that have come in which are a lot.

There were people waiting for interviews while I was at headquarters last week for orientation. Just be patient!

Can anyone tell me if they have used TestReadyPro to study? I was speaking with some other candidates who are studying for the ATS to get their OACP - they all mentioned other test prep websites like police test prep, police prep, cognitive results. I would like to hear your experience with studying. I used TRP, and Comprehensive Guide to Canadian Police Officer Exams.

What has your experience been, what did you use?

Thanks!

Writing my ATS on April 27th! Hoping that I can pass it in the first shot.

Hey all!

First post on here; just curious, does TPS advise you if you were unsuccessful in the process once you make it to the Background and Psych stage? Asking because I had my Psych interview on February 5th and my Background was ongoing but have not heard anything since.

I've tried just emailing recruitment but have not gotten a response, granted I know they certainly get inundated with emails so not a big deal that they haven't. Would they tell me if I have been screened out?

Thanks for any help/guidance everyone!

I had a pretty good experience with Police Prep. I didn't like test ready pro as much. FYI, I passed the test so I can confidently tell you policePrep was a lot better.
