Is there anyone who applied in the first week of February and waiting for the LFI invitation?
I applied the second week of January and received my LFI invitation today. So it was close to 3 months which is understandable with the large volume of applicants. I have heard of a number of people who received deferral letters shortly after applying, so if you have not heard anything since receiving your # then your file is still active. Just keep waiting and best of luck!
I guess patience is the key.

I applied in the first week of February. Received my file # but nothing since. Except for the notifications to hold all fitness logs and hand them over to the recruiter during the LFI. Patiently waiting and improving
Same here. All we can do is improve and wait. Good Luck.

From what I was told by recruitment, conditional offers go out no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the class. So the calls can pretty much go out any time before that. I would expect them to go out mid to late June & onwards, but it could be earlier for some to solidify their commitment to the OPP.

Hey guys and gals, been following the thread for awhile and just wanted you all to know I got the call earlier today for the April class! Applied January 1, so some calls are still going out. Keep your heads up!

I hope anyone who got accepted or in process can answer this question regarding paying a tuition fee of $11,065 for the Ontario Police College. Are they able to have payments deducted over 27 pay periods from your pay or has to be lump sum or get it through credit union?

Thank you

I have a few friends who used the police credit union to pay the lump sum and then they slowly pay back over time.

Congratulations and best of luck! Would you be able to confirm the date for the April class? Currently waiting and wanted to see if there's still time to get the call. Thanks again.

You will receive an information package stating that the full amount must be paid. This can be done through cheque, credit etc. The police credit union will give full amount then deduct from your pay.
Hope this helps!
