Got a Henry's level action 22 and I must say, its magical. Lightweight and easy to operate, wife has a lot of fun with it. Reasonably cheap from Cabelas.

On the topic of buying guns, It's a dangerous time to buy semi-auto's. I know a guy who just bought a Tavor and I cringed a bit inside. I guess a stripped AR receiver wouldn't hurt if you don't have one yet, but I wouldn't gamble thousands of dollars on the current government following previous ones if they prohibit semi-auto's.

That's exactly what the politicians want, people to be too worried to buy guns or keep the ones they have.

True. The more widespread and numerous they are, the harder it is for the government to ban them.

Oh, believe me, there's about $5000 worth of guns I would buy right this second if I actually had the $$$$. The eternal problem - too many guns to buy, not enough money to buy them with. :(
