Lucie Tremblay, Deputy Chief of Police, VIA Rail Canada
A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, she held numerous appointments as a military police officer prior to joining the newly formed VIA Rail Canada Police group. She was trained as a criminal investigator early in her career, under the Canadian Forces National Investigation Service. Lucie was subsequently seconded to Criminal Intelligence Service Canada and contributed to the fight against organized crime as a national project co-ordinator. She led the criminal intelligence program in support of domestic and deployed operations and commanded multinational brigade Investigations in Afghanistan.
Silvia Fraser, Head of Security, City of Mississauga
An award-winning, thoughtful and energetic leader, Silvia is currently the Head of Security for City of Mississauga, previously leading the City of Toronto's Corporate Security Infrastructure.
