We're looking to recognize the "rookie of the year" — 3 years of service or less — as well as honour our 3rd Lifetime in Law Enforcement Achievement Award winner — some who has over 15 years of experience in an organization that is not a traditional police agency (such as a conservation officers' agency, Canada Border Services Agency, Correctional Service of Canada, etc.)
