I shot the 226 for the first time today in 40 and once I got used to the super light trigger pull on it, my groupings were ridiculous. I love my glocks and will stick with them primarily but I'm really considering treating myself to a sig tac ops in the near future.

Yes I will most likely need the small grip. I don't got cash for a Tac ops sadly. Beautiful gun brother. I do enjoy this P320. I would love to try a Tac Ops.

Grassy,

The Tac Ops is an enhanced version of the P226. It’s the closest thing to the custom gun shop series P226's that are $3000+.

Also, I took a look at the sig Tac holster for this gun.

It’s an amazing holster, and you don’t need to buy the SIGTAC STL-900L if you plan on having a weapon light. You can use the Surefire X300, Streamlight TLR-1 or Insight MX-3 lights with this holster and you do not need a different holster for each light (cost effective). The holster is also a Level 2 w/hood.

Oh and the holster can be switched from a paddle, hip and a tactical drop holster as well.

Its $71 bucks and I have expressed my desire for this holster too the wife lol

I wonder if the tac ops mags will be compatable with the P320?

I love the extended buttplate on the mags. Its great for grip and it gives people with large hands that extra couple of inches.

I cant wait to get the P320 tho, maybe i'll go by the gun store today lol

Sadly those mags won't work. Only the P250 and P320 mags work.

I just picked up a P226 MK25. One of the nicest pistols I have ever handled.

Casey....have you tried a normal P226R with the full Hogue replacement grips? I have a large hand (large grip with Hogue on my duty pistol) and that setup worked well for me. With the IOP you are in and around $850-$900 for a reg P226R.
