Not sure if this is real, but it's still hilarious. Watch what happens as she smacks the car.

You know how you know it's not real? There's no cloud of white powder after the airbag goes off. Plus, it takes a lot more impact than that to make an airbag go off, unless there's something whacked with the sensors.

This my fellow blueliners is the word of an expert in airbag deployment

Not really. I've only had one car where the airbags deployed. I have no clue why the airbags in my Honda didn't deploy.

Haha... I once showed up to a MVA / MVC where the airbag had deployed, and the powder was lingering in the air. The driver wasn't hurt, but the poor bastard was freaking out because he thought the powder was smoke and his vehicle was on fire. I kind of felt sorry for him, but my darker half was laughing hysterically.

You know what's f'ed up? The fact that I was able to watch my passenger side airbag deploy in what appeared to be slow motion. :ponder:

Well, by the third or fourth time, the poor thing was probably tired out.

LOL
I'm not saying there should be capital punishment for stupidity, but let's take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself.

It didn't go off because it doesn't like you, thinks you're stupid and believes that the world would be a better place without you.

Turned into one? :ponder: :P

Back on the topic of Air Bags not going off... that's what this is about right? Some of the cars that I haul into our yard, sometimes I scratch my head (and other parts) wondering why they didn't go off... I know you need a pretty hard hit to the front bumper... But when people hit the back of a truck and clean everything back from above the bumper to the firewall, you gotta think that there would be another sensor or two placed within the fenders somewhere... :ponder:

I guess I finally got tired of your attention-seeking, bullshit posts turning up all over the forum.

Looks like Morley will be getting a complaint letter soon.....
