Did all the emails for the first round of panel interviews go out on April 17th? Or are people still receiving them?

I'm taking it may 6th. I've completed the booklet on the website numerous times. Just wanted to see if there was a book. Someone mentioned the NYPD book for the states but it seems to be totally differentm

*** Link removed by moderator for copyright violation. This is a SERIOUS breach of ethics. That link was a paid study guide and was for personal use only and cannot be copied or distributed by ANYONE. THIS IS STEALING.

When they ask about your internet activities in the police interview, you are required to tell them you once got KICKED OFF a LAW ENFORCEMENT FORUM for attempting to distribute COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL.

Let's keep it ethical here. Blue Line will not be part of copyright violations, and future applicants will be kicked out without warning too. ***

@akidfrombrooklyn

Guess someone posted a link for a book that had violated copyright laws and the moderators removed it.

Great job by the mods.

If one is considering a career in law enforcement- you cant be lax about anything. Everybody- think before you leap.

Good luck for the Test @akidfrombrooklyn.

The material in the WPS website is a good resource. they provide examples of all types of questions asked. if youre comfortable with that you should be fine. There are sample tests all over the internet should you choose to work them out.

Cheers mate

LOL I guess no one mentioned to this group that WPS monitors this forum ever since the "DUH let's all meet at the Train monument" post many years ago. lol. Before you get to background they will know everything you've said on here. Keeping track of progress, cool, asking questions like.....well never mind it would ruin the fun if I gave hints.

Oh and if you can't find resources on your own to help you in the written without hand holding, well, maybe Policing or Law Enforcement isn't the job for you. Sorry not sorry for being so forward.
