everyone talking about their security interview and here I am waiting for my competency interview results...

So nervous about them since I failed the last competency based interview for the CBSA (7/8). So here's hoping the student interviews aren't graded as strictly.
I mean, I wasn't given a mark for my interview, I think it's pass or fail.

When I applied for the national posting. The email contained a list of all the competencies. You need to get all the competencies right to pass.

I got all of them correct except judgment! but yeah should be getting the news early this week according to my interviewers!

The email I got just said I was successful at my interview and that was it along with some next steps for the process. Hopefully, you passed the student one, I doubt it was as hard as the one you did for the regular position.

I sure hope so! I think this job is an amazing opportunity! An entry-level law enforcement job with a security clearance is hard to come by. Would definitely be an amazing asset for future law enforcement applications.

On the personal side of things, I'd also be super happy to live in "the big city" for once since that's where I applied for.

I submitted my GECF form a few weeks ago and I’m waiting to hear for the next step! How about you?

I also am from BC and received the email about starting early on April 1. I submitted my GECF form a few weeks ago and did the security interview about a week ago and still haven't heard back...
My medical is booked for next week! Where are you in the process?

I see! I did my medical and security a while ago. I just got an email a few hours ago with my application status, saying that they’re just waiting for my medical results and security results.

I have passed me medical, security clearance, and have sent in my affidavit for proof of school enrollment. I assume I am at the end of the process? Does anyone have any idea what the next step is? i got an email saying I passed my clearance and to keep an eye out on my inbox. Am I at the end? how long until after sending school enrollment information did you receive an offer of employment?
