Hello everyone!

I applied to be a SBSO a little while back, but now I am not sure if I will be able to take the job over the summer. I'm wondering, does getting rejected or turning down an offer affect my future chances should I try again next year? :?

No it shouldn’t! They’re all separate processes!

Guys, i got an email today saying i passed my security clearance! Omg i was so happy when i saw the email. Kinda weird how fast they are now tho. I did my security interview on Dec 10 and I got the result today Dec 19.
Any tips or advice for the security interview?

Which part of the selection process are you at? I'm waiting to hear back about my medical and still need to do the security interview

So i passed the security clearance and for the medical, i did it on jan 10 and right after the process, they told me i passed the medical portion. They sent me an email back in jan 18 with all the forms i have to fill up like proof of enrolment, student affidavit and student academic form. Did all that today and thats pretty much where i am. For the medical i swear you have to book it yourself and then they will send u the cat III medical form when you make the appointment. Did mine somewhere in queen st west. Good luck man, hopefully we both get in! :)

I did the medical but still need the results. I think I probably passed since I have no diseases or anything. I don't think the security interview should be too hard and yea, good luck to you too! Hopefully we'll see each other

I was just wondering how long it took to receive the results of the security interview?

everyone talking about their security interview and here I am waiting for my competency interview results...

So nervous about them since I failed the last competency based interview for the CBSA (7/8). So here's hoping the student interviews aren't graded as strictly.
