our union is and has been pushing for better access to mental health experts,eap program,etc.
I've got an inch a half guard rail nut on a length of 550 cord. it's not whiz-bang tactical, but one smack in the grape and it's colouring books for Christmas.

Pretty sad when the union has to advocate for Officers Health and safety but when it comes to Inmates, the employer will Bend over back for them.

Long story short, the union shouldn’t have to do jack shit. Pretty sad the employer can not recognize reality of our job.

Leaders need to step up and be a leader, not a follower.
