I PASSED! :D my suitability and security interview was yesterday and i passed. it was great. now i have lots of waiting before my call to depot. my interviewer said she would be surprised if i was called before christmas. wow its already been 9 months.

No. They use the Constable Selection System (to a certain extent). The only place that is different in ALL of Ontairo in terms of physical requirements is Peel (also excluding the RCMP).

Most of the NAPS and Treaty Three officers at the college when I was there didn't have to do any physical prior to hire either.

Unfortunately its not me (yet), but my fishing partner (read best buddy) just got hired to OPP (Got his call today). So I just wanted to let everyone know how proud I am of him (not to mention a little jealous) and that i'll see him soon on the other side of the blue line...
