If you don't luck what the guy is saying or asking for, that's fine, but your sarcasm is just ridiculous!

Damn you all for making me count the paragraphs in the OP! :((

While I do not come from a police background, I am somewhat familiar with the hiring process on the federal CX side, and I hope my comment holds some weight in a general law-enforcement way:

Your candor in sharing your story (especially with Internet strangers) might be a bit too much at this early stage in the game.

Ask yourself: does anyone *ever* put their teenage shenanigans on their resume? No.

You seem to be motivated, determined and have done your homework when it comes to preparation and education.

Focus on the positives, and proceed with your timetable. One year more is not going to change the fact that your shenanigans happened.

You'd have to ask someone with knowledge of the CPS hiring process to see exactly what it covers, and where you might need to do some work.
It's easier to be a result of the past, but more fun to be a cause of the future.

Youre application doesnt look any better or worse than any number of others that succeed and others that fail.

Just apply when you finish school and stop ******* in cars. Sorry, "screwing" in public.

Edited for the ladies.

The way I see it is you've done what you've done, can't change the past. So if I were you, I'd apply and let the calgary recruiters decide. Maybe they'll hire you, maybe they'll say no, there is no way for you to know and no way for anyone here to know. So apply and it'll be what it'll be.
