Yes, I was warned in my RMAQ that they may want to see more time pass between 2 behaviours/activities. One being in August of 2013 and the other June of 2014. I was preparing myself for a 1 year deferral, but got 2 instead.

I had attended the CP in August of 2015, thinking since it had been over a year I may have a chance.

Chin up, ride out your deferral and keep working on improving yourself for your career, but most of all, for yourself. Take the time to improve fitness as well.

2 years will go by fast! in 2 years you'll be able to gain lots of life experience. take the time to prepare, start to distance yourself more from those behaviors and activities. If its something you really want you will get there. goodluck!

Hey not an applicant in Alberta, there is nothing on applicants for RCMP Manitoba, thought I just post it on this section cause it's the prairies and I'm comparing my application process with others who have posted on this forum and it is very similar. It's moving along very quickly, if anyone has any information on how long it will take from my current process to get offered a troop please message. I did my PEP on 2016-03-24, and my results should be in by next week according to the examiner.

Looking on the RCMP Recruiting website that the PARE is slotted after the polygraph. My previous time through the process it was after the interview. Has anyone in K div been running the PARE later in the process.
