Hey did anyone had a chance to speak with recruiting and confirm the number of officers they are going to hire this year? I was told that the hiring for this year is over. Is that true or just a rumour. Thanks

Interview was smooth, it was a panel interview with up to 3 officers. I had a great experience. Good luck to you aswell!

There has been a lot of personnel movement in January and I don't think hiring new recruits in a priority right now. I've heard through the grape vine that all the new recruits have already been hired and are at OPC now for the year. At best Durham might hire some experienced officers from other services to fill any holes.

Well if you are interested in Durham don't give up and keep in touch with HR. You don't want to be looking elsewhere and learn you could have been in the process with them. Its a great service and I have no regrets.
