Oddly enough my file indicates that I cleared medical same date as you. I have a funny feeling a lot of us cleared medical that date. :D

We might end up running together at Depot.. ;) I still have "faith" that the recruitment process will speed up again after the olympics.. :ponder:

As for the security clearance, I asked my file coordinator , what it is exactly and when it happens. She told me it's gonna be done after the Final Review, this is the very last step before we get our troop number.

Does your file coordinator have the initials JL by any chance?

She is very helpful and seems very nice indeed. How far have you gotten in the process? You must be done if you say she WAS your file coordinator?

I started the process back in September 2007 and got the call October 2008 for a December Depot date.... broke my collar bone 9 days before leaving. Finally left for Depot March 9, 2009 and graduated August 2009. I've been a RM for the last 6 months and love my new job. Bonne chance à tous!!
Graduated August 24, 2009

Still no new news but for those of us who got a letter back in September 2009 saying nothing would move for a period of 5-6 months.............................. Our patience is about to hopefully be rewarded.

I don't know about the rest of you guys but the hardest part isn't the waiting.............. Its the B/S I got to feed everyone who doesn't know I'm in line to ship out soon. In my position if people knew I was going to be leaving I would probably loose my job in a heart beat.

Its hard enough I got to wait its even harder not to tell anyone whats going on.... :D

Anywho......... Back to waiting. 88)

Hi all,
I'm new here, this is my first post. I've been lurking for a while, soaking up info and finally decided to join the forum.
I wrote the RPAT in January and got the results a couple of weeks ago (4.27) so I hope to be moving forward.

I have to say this forum is a great source of info and reassurance. The recruitment process so far has been stressful in that I do something then have to sit and wait, biting my nails waiting until I get a letter in the mail: Has the letter been lost in the mail? Did I check the mail today? Is my neighbor with the shifty eyes stealing my mail?
I guess I'm not good at waiting...LOL.

Looking at rolex's and kayc906's signatures it looks like last year one could expect to get to the next step in the application process once every three to four months. Is this still the case?
