5 years.. unless something has changed recently.

Well the time has come, PARE on Friday in Victoria. Since they've changed how that all works it will be interesting to see how many people will be there. Anyone got any 24hr prior to food advice? Carbs?

Stay hydrated 24 hours prior. If your test is early in the morning, eat your largest meal at night with a good amount of familiar carbs, moderate protein and low fat. This is not the time to experiment with unfamiliar foods. Get a good night of sleep. In the morning, have a light snack like apple with peanut butter or cereal and continue to drink water.

If your running in the middle of the day, have a big meal no later than 3-4 hours before your test. Stay hydrated.

Good luck on your PARE, girl. I bet you'll do good. :alright:

When I ran my PARE, i had a small meal of PB Toast, and I was well hydrated, drinking my recommended 8 Glasses of water the day before, trust me when i say drinking water is a definite must!

That's great news!

Can I ask how long it was between your PEP and finding out you passed?

Yeah definitely. I had my PEP on December 21. I found out on February 9 that I passed.
