Doesn’t seem like the health declaration was sent to everyone at the same time. Some got it earlier in the week. Where as some of us didn’t get it until Friday afternoon (1pm for me).
I also got it Friday around 1pm. Can someone who got an invite enlighten me as to when you received the self declaration?
I received my medical declaration at 2:08 Atlantic standard time, which corresponds with your 1:00 Eastern time.
I signed and sent it back within 10 minutes. I got the invite for OITP 16A at 6:00pm the same day.
Also- for anybody wondering about problems with the medical declaration, I filled mine out and forgot to circle the part that states “ I have/I have not ” and they sent it back to me for correction on the 13th, the day after it was officially due.
Yeah, I sent mine back around 2:30, so an hour and a half after it was sent to me because my printer had no ink so I had to run down and get it printed elsewhere lol. Something tells me that those of us who did not get the invite may get one for 16B. Hopefully anyway.

Dang, I would've done mine earlier if I had access to a scanner :? I usually go to Staples but their scanners are closed for the public so I couldn't do it until the next day at a friend's place.

I also received confirmation today for my self declaration forms. I was excited when I saw an email from CBSA on a Friday but at least that's a relief. Here's hoping for 16B for all of us!

Does anyone know whats happening with 16b? Is it starting once 16a is gone from Rigaud or will there be some overlap as people are quarantined at the college?

Just an educated guess but I’d assume there’s overlap with reduced class sizes.
With the covid protocols they have in place it’s hard to get a good read on it, maybe somebody who was there recently could comment with a bit more accuracy.

Can anyone confirm that the first page of the HC 3312 form looks the same as the original 3312 form used in the medical with the doctor?
For some reason my computer would not bring it up so I just used my original form, but haven’t heard anything back from them saying if that was good to use.

It's the same form with different fields filled in. I initially sent my original form and received a response back a few days later asking to complete the version they sent. If you download the newest version of adobe on a computer you should be able to open their file.

Even if you have the newest version of Adobe, some of us still had issues opening it though. If you check a couple pages back, some people posted how they managed to get it to work.

It took them a month and a week or so to give me a response last year when I asked about my medical/pysch and pare expired. Lately they asked me to to resubmit consent forms for pysch and got a confirmation too less than a week. My suggestion is to send them another email

Is anybody else still waiting to hear confirmation that their forms have been received? I submitted mine a day late and have heard no confirmation yet. I have also emailed asking for a status update to ensure that I do not have anything outstanding and I haven't received a reply. I am not sure if my late submission negated their need for my forms, causing no confirmation email.
