Probably a weird question but any ideas how I can practice the jump for the PARE? I am doing lots of cardio - just unsure how I can be prepared for the jump without any access to a gym.

If you have a proper length yoga mat just practice leaping over that while in a jog.

No idea your household setup (condo/house with yard, apartment, jail cell, space station etc etc. But what works in a pinch if you have a yard and back steps was set the mat out in the yard and just do laps. Run up your back steps turn around run down jump over the mat, circle around and repeat.

Can anyone give me any info on the integrity telephone interview? Is the integrity interview straight questions on your past behaviours, any gambling, drinking, drug use etc.? Or is it also role playing like...what would you do if you saw a coworker stealing for example?

Any info would help!
Thanks all
Do you have the telephone interview scheduled? Or are you just wondering for when you eventually will do it? It would be nice to see if the telephone interviews have begun to take place and people have participated in them, shows things are slowly moving forward.
Things are moving, mine is tomorrow. Had my email last week.

Very helpful - thanks. What about the height one? (I can't think of anything to jump over)

For myself, I just use the railing on the street when I go running every night, the height is about my hips.

Improvise, or make a vault yourself if you are handy.

Cool, good luck tomorrow. Our timelines are not too far off, which brings some peace to my mind that I may get my interview sometime this summer.

Thanks, it was really quick. Little more than 30 minutes. Had nothing to hide and I was honnest all the time. Even had a little chat at the beginning. Now the waiting time for my results.

Traffic is reduced a lot, so reducing of staff on shift and ports open is normal. I believe it will start to pick up in mid summer gradually.

We can't stay closed forever, and this virus is already everywhere, too late for containment, if they ask me.

Hi,

Does anyone knows why the security clearance take one day for someone and a year for someone else ?

there are too many variables and is done on a case by case basis and how backlogged they are. My suggestion is just to live your life without reading too much into it.

because "someone" is not the same as "someone else"

possible reasons - processing delay or "someone else" has some red flags in the picture.

Mine personally was 14 months. No red flags nothing out of the ordinary. I was fine I’ve been to Rigaud was sent home cause of on going covid 19 issues in the country. I can’t speak on why it took so long but that I still was able to obtain it

Yeah, at the end that is what matters , that you’re in.
