Should I bring my degree instead? Do I really have to carry the original while it's in a frame??? 88)
All you need to bring is the original copy of your university degree or college diploma if you have one. If you take the time to carefully read the invitation email you’ll see that it says secondary diploma OR college diploma/university degree. You don’t need to bring both.

Anybody else have 2 interviews in Ontario? I just got my second invite this morning for December 20 for 18-BSF process. I have another for December 11 for 16-BSF process. Does anyone know the difference between the two processes? I always thought 16-BSF was for small communities and more rural areas.

A friend of mine wrote the OTEE September 16, she is a very early twenties, no post secondary and scored about 80 percent on the exam; her interview is Dec 18.her last name is in the latter part of the alphabet. We are both London, Ontario applicants.

The recruitment selection process is interesting; my last name is the early parts of the alphabet, higher test score, post secondary and years of work history.

At first glance; being a certain gender could possibly be very helpful.

Someone made a post about how the selection process for interview is done. All you can do is wait and wish you are lucky.

Why?

This process is random at best. Nobody is owed anything. Someone once said: the only thing that makes sense about this process is that it doesn’t make sense.

My purpose is not talk down on the subject of recruitment, simply report information that I have available to me in regards to the recruitment process and have a back and forth conversation, I find it very interesting
that a really young, single, white, female, with not a lot of life or work history got an interview before myself and others applying in the area as well, with such a good argument could be put forth we are better quality applicants.

as well dwell into the subject of recruiting practices; I am starting to get the feeling it is based a lot of individual recruiter preferences; as I have to yet to see an established pattern or follow sheet.
