Can anyone share their experience with York's process?
I heard back from them 2 weeks later as well (same as yours), wrote the PBQ and never heard back. From what I was told, York is pretty particular with whom they're looking for each hiring class. Hopefully you fit the bill and go from there. Additionally their interviews are pretty tough (they're all tough, but York has a reputation for having a very tough LFI and ECI).

Good luck.
Hey Slovak4188,

I've seen your username in a few threads and I just checked your post history and saw the organization you work for. I am intrigued by some of the things you say and was wondering if I could PM you about your experiences working in law enforcement, both in general and with regards to that specific agency?

Hopefully, this isn't too strange of a request.
Not at all! I have no problem with any member PM'ing me. Go ahead.

Is anyone else currently at the interview stage? I did my PBQ last week and I now have an interview scheduled for January.

Has anyone applied within the last month and received an invitation to attend PBQ?

I applied in December and haven't received anything yet in regards to PBQ. Have you applied and heard anything?

Hi everyone,

I recently applied to YRP roughly 2 and a half weeks ago. I received the general email that my application has been received. I was wondering if anyone else applied in the beginning of JAN 2019 like myself, and has been invited to a PBQ yet?

Thanks everyone.

The first YRP background questionnaire for this year starts from Feb 19, and then once every month. Just wait for your invite if you get selected. Good luck!!

I do not have an answer to your question. However, I remember I only got about one week notice when I attended my PBQ at YRP. If you are someone they are looking for, you will be contacted. I know the recruitment department is quite busy, just be patient. Good luck! Hopefully will see you soon at the session!
