Hi, new to the forum. I am at the reference stage, it has all moved quite quickly. Wondering on the time frame for stage 1 ,2 and 3. I hear there is a Kingston stage 3 starting in January.
Thanks for any info

Hey Tommy when did you write your situation test?

Hi,

My test was August 14th with the interview September 30th. References were sent and received Oct 7th. I’m hoping that stage 1 invitation comes soon. From what I have read the process seems quite long.

Thanks

Hi, no they received my references on Oct 7th. At my interview they did sound like they where rushing on applications for the pacific and that stage 3 would be in January.
Ok well just to give you an idea of timelines, I started CTP1 mid may, you have a month to do it. CTP2 came mid-August (they give you 2 weeks to a month to complete it depending on CTP3 start date) and I'm currently at CTP3 until December.
Which region r u going? I will go to pacific region if I am successful on stage 3. I will complete stage 3 in late January.
I am going to Kent, I finish CTP 3 in December.

Hi everyone.

For those who are at CTP3, do you know if we are able to leave at all for special circumstances? Weddings, funerals, graduations, etc?

And are the costs for travel included at all? Or just to get there and back once?

Just wrapping up CTP1 and preparing for the final 2 stages.

I have applied for prairie region.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey, you are allowed up to 40 hours for medical leave, anything over that you would be let go. With that being said, they could grant you leave if you have an event to attend, but you would dip into those 40 hours. They do not cover any flights anywhere other than your flight to CTP3 and your flight home upon completion. Hope this helps!

Hi, I believe it was about 2 weeks after the test.

Thanks man, I am just past the 2 weeks mark. Still waiting .... Hopefully this week. Did you apply to a post for Pacific region or was it Various region post... My buddy applied to the pacific region post and his process is moving fast... I applied to a various region but selected only the pacific region and my process is going much slower than his....

Has anyone applied to the Ontario/Atlantic CX1 poster over the past few months? Curious to see if anyone else is at a stand still for these locations.

I applied to the Ontario region and only conducted my interview as of Thursday last week. I have also been told that my references have been returned and am currently awaiting the next step in the process.
