Hello guys new here

Have quick question on the personal disclosure form. I'm not sure does a speed ticky count as a criminal offense. it not I don't have any criminal charges. plus I'm a not of town province..

Basically NO! You can be arrested for speeding but it's not a criminal charge.

I have never been arrest for anything have a clean record. is there anything else that i should look out for. one more question would guys happen to know to when is the last day to get all the paper work for class RCT 134...

Not to jump in uninvited but the disclosure form you are filling out lays out what things and timeframes will be problematic or they'll take issue with at the beginning of the document.

The disclosure form does not say when the last date is to give it in. But I'm all done and ready mall out everything....

The training is quite intense... I got hurt and I was removed from RTC 133 recently, but there shouldn't be any issues with me for RTC 134.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. Out of curiosity, what happens in a situation like that? Do they keep you employed and use you in another capacity until the next class is offered and you're healed?

Yes, once your hired your hired. He will rebound from his injuries and work somewhere until the next class.
