Hi,

I just received a email to inform me that a FC will contact me in the next 4 week !!!!! :D :D :D
I start my SP and I have some questions.

If I don't remember exactly the date, should I put the year and the approximate month?

The second question is about the neighborhood. I was in apartment since my 6 years and I was not in contact with my neighborhood. Should I put the neighbor name before I leave my parent house?

If I don't find some information, like name of employer or phone number, what can I put in that case?

Regards,
Quebec Applicant :D :D :D :D

FYI

http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/accelerate ... ng-program

I wonder how many weeks it is since the ENPQ is already 15 weeks of police training and 3 years of college.

They should have sent you a guide on how to fill out all of the paperwork. I’m looking through it right now and most of the questions you asked are answered in there.

Well that was over soon!
Received a one-year deferral letter this morning and I completely understand the decision. Surprisingly, it wasn't so scary and I don't feel that discouraged. Just means I get one more year to work on myself and hopefully, I'll be a bit wiser and less dumb when I re-apply at 23.
Thanks to everyone on here for posting your advice and journey throughout the process. And good luck to everyone still applying! See you in a year!

Salut !

For those that were deffered but re-applied. Roughly how long did you wait to find out what stage you were inserted at, whether it be back at SP or further?

Thanks

Big yikes at your timeline, lots of people here complaining about their security clearance taking 1-3 months and then you've been waiting since August. Hope you get rewarded for your patience soon!

Anyways, It is nice to see some deferral talk on this forum. Seems like everyone here gets by pretty easily, can be really disheartening for those who have been deferred. I saw recently a comment from "Sig1992" (i think thats the name) and he got deferred twice and he's still going!

I don't think anyone who made to Depot would say that it was a "pretty easy" process.

Agreed, long road. Had my security clearance interview yesterday, with any luck I’ll get that long awaited call soon. It’s been a long road with a lot of hard work 😊
