hahahaha!! keep up JYD.

My FC sent me the forms with my recommendation email with contacts to set up my MED/PSYCH appointments and the paper work for my lab work. I also had to get my finger prints done. Putting them in the mail this evening. I'm going to Florida on Wednesday so I went and did my blood work this morning and I have to get my X-ray and ECG done when I get back. It goes from waiting for months to flat out trying to get things done ASAP. 88)

Ahh ok ok, I just got, "I have initiated your medical process with your local HSO, you should be expecting a call or email in the near future," along with the fingerprints form lol. Enjoy your trip my friend!

Awesome! I'd say they call fairly quick. They called me the next day. The municipal police and the commissionaires were going to charge me for the finger printing so I went outside town about 20 min to a local RCMP detachment and they did the prints for free. Saved me $60 lol.

I will most certainly enjoy the trip. Just to get away from this crap weather for a week is worth every penny.

Don't worry, after doing the initial psych and medical you'll get to wait to hear if you're doing a follow up interview and wait to be sent for final health.

;)

I also got an email from Health Services very shortly after I got my PEP recommendation.

I'm sorry to hear about the heart condition. That would definitely be frustrating. Just hang in there! Did you get a conditional offer based on the results of the corrective surgery? Or is that a little too intrusive to ask?

No they have to get the results from my cardiologist after my surgery before they can sign off on my medical. And to answer junkyards question, the recovery period is about a week. It's a very non intrusive surgery, called an ablation. Congratulations on the offers guys!

Just have a question about my PEP which is scheduled next week. I have recalled few things from past which I didn't mention on the RMAQ form and not disclosed during the RMAQ phone interview ( but unintentionally, nothing serious though). I am going to mention these during my PEP. Will it be any negative impact on my PEP results ?

Many Thanks

If i were you, you should advise your file coordinator right now of these facts prior doing your PEP.

My opinion !!

TJMarie wrote:Hi everyone,

I'm 99% finished on the forms as I wait for an email from recruiting on where to send everything and I noticed each page has 'applicant ID' at the top. Will the email I receive contain this applicant ID?

I checked the first automated email and there was no reference to an assigned applicant number. The only other place I can think of is the original application on jobs.ca but I can't recall if you are assigned a number.

Appreciate the help!

My applicant ID was in the epost message the FC sent me.

While Completing the Audiogram I noticed there is a section for "Employee Comments / Signature" Is this supposed to be the examiner as well ?

I completely agree. You should contact your FC right away and let them know. They'll add it to the file for the poly examiner. It'll look much better then bringing it up in the interview.

They always say you can bring stuff up at any time before the actual poly machine, including the first portion of the polygraph session..... but really it ain't worth waiting.
