I haven't heard from Health Services despite emailing them asking if they had received any of my lab results/ecg etc no response. I'm hoping I get an email this week, I just want to get the final health assessment out of the way. Regardless looks like I will be doing another PARE at this rate. Applying out of BC so I think Health Services is backed up here too. I feel for you guys waiting 5+ months, that is one brutal wait period.

I'm waiting to redo my PARE as well. Apparently NOWHERE in Canada is doing the PARE right now. I have contacted the person who dose the PARE in my area and was told they are trying to set up something in the next couple weeks. at least on the bright side it gives me extra time to get in more cardio.

Ottawa seems to be just fine for the pare, I took a look at the website and they have many spots available up until May even.

I just searched this website and 0 test dates. http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/even/en/
Am I using the wrong website?

I googled Ottawa Pare and found the company that does them in Ottawa. Don't want to post the site as I think it contradicts the rules here, but google your city and pare.,

As much as it sucks having to re do the PARE the bright side is that as long as you come in under 4 minutes your pare is good for 1 year. Which is good because by the sounds of the medical wait times (stage I am at now) it might be November before I finish that stage haha

The only place in the niagara region is at the college. If they don't post dates soon I may opt to go to one of the private companies probably in Brampton. What ever it takes I guess.

First time posting, not sure if this is the right thread to be asking, but it does seem to be the most active regarding the RCMP recruitment process.

I'm applying from Ontario and I've had my file awaiting NCO review since early December. Originally I was told this would take at least 3-4 weeks. However, about a month ago my file coordinator changed and things have really started to go stagnate. I really don't want to be a bother my coordinator unless I have to, but it's been awhile since I've heard anything back. In the one email I sent to them after New Years they mentioned there being a bit of a backlog with the NCO's.

I'm really just curious if this amount of time is typical for this phase of the application? Prior to this everything was moving very rapidly.

My file is stalled as well. I passed my PEP back in october and after that, things have slowed down considerably. I also got a new fc and just to get a reply to an email is taking more than a month. All I've done after my PEP was my medical and updating my reference contact info. At least I've got my medical completed though (not cleared yet). I know I need to live my life but its so hard not to check my email every 5 mins or so. 88)

Ya, the checking the email thing is getting a little maddening. My current place of employment is very much tied to the seasons so I've had too much time on my hands this Winter. I really should limit myself to checking my email once a day, there isn't much difference 24 hours will make on my reply. It's just frustrating to be in a holding pattern.

My background started within a couple days of getting this email. The medical wait is dependent on the doctors. My bgi would have been completed by now had the investigator been able to verify my employment at an earlier job. As it stands, I need to wait on a roe to be mailed to me.

I believe it is standard. When I first started the process, my (very good) FC let me know she'd be handling my file brought polygraph, then it gets handed off to someone else for BG and security etc. She ended up getting a new position so I got a new FC mid stream around the interview.
