Does anyone have experience getting hired/applying with blemishes in your employment history. Example: Suspension from work?

I would be shocked if there weren’t.

Majority of people have skeletons in their closets.

I mean, calling in sick and getting a paid sick day for it when not sick is stealing from employer and I know MANY who have done that.

I’m sure there are former drug addicts or people with pardons in the force. It’s a matter of how much time has passed, how you have lived since and being absolutely upfront and honest during the process on EVERYTHING.

Be honest. Lying when trying to get into the force is worse.

Anyone who has applied check your emails. Just got one that states we do NOT need to send in fitness logs monthly starting today.

Yes, just received. Told to bring the fitness logs in an interview (if selected) and then send the logs bi-weekly in the background stage.

Recently was contacted and informed that I passed the LFI and now onto the psych test and Sigma next week. Just wondering if anyone else has recently completed these tests or if anyone will be completing these tests in the near future?

Thanks!

You would be incorrect.
