Question for those that have been invited for an interview or beyond. In the application package, there are some pages that have no information or signatures on them. Did you include those pages in your package or just the pages that you were required to fill out?
I found my answer

To the ones that already did their LFI, how did you feel after it was over? I did mine yesterday and I felt pretty good afterwards. There were questions that in hindsight I could have answered better, but overall I think I did well.
Now starts the patience/anxiety game, waiting for the results.
Hello Matty,

Could I please PM you, its relating to your application

Fitness pin on LOG
hey everyone so I am completing my fitness package and I am wondering how do I do the fitness PIN portion such as the sit and reach and core endurance when I am at home? Is it okay to leave that portion blank? I can do the 2.4km run and pushup of course.

For the sit and reach get a ruler, put your feet 6 inches apart, then put the ruler between your feet, the ruler should start at the heel in between your feet and reach forward. Touching your heel is 30 if you can reach 15cm further thats 45cm, a perfect score for the sit and reach.

For the core endurance you can do it off of a table or chair but you’ll need someone to hold you down. Id suggest doing the core endurance at a gym if you can.

Hello:
Any idea how long does it take to get a result of a Pysch Test? Appreciate your reply.
