However, there's a ton of free programs on IG that you can follow.
My fave would be Smashwerx or his other site Strengthhacksmembers. He's a doctor, Chiron I believe, who also posts mobility and fixes for SI joint issues, shoulder impingement, etc. His workouts have 3 levels - human, animal and beast and provide mods for you.
He and IronbodybyArtemis are probably some of the best content out there and they cost nothing.
I can lift a grande blonde from Starbucks like a champ now. Lol.
