I'm looking at getting an outdoor fitness group going in the West GTA area (Toronto/Etobicoke/Mississauga).
The group will aim to meet up a few times per week, for fun workouts that help support one another towards their personal goals.
Aiming to have 5-10 people per workout.
-HIIT interval wind sprints, shuttles, shorter distance jogs, longer distance jogs
-Body weight strength training (Air squats, pushups, situps, bench dips, etc)
-Some basic gear for workouts (sand bag lifts, weight vests, pylon cones for agility)

Try creating a group on meetup. It may not be LE specific people but I'm sure plenty others would be interested.
