I just looked that up on YouTube. It's going to suck for among time before it gets better. The sooner I get to it, the faster it stops sucking.

Thanks for the tip.

Shawshank - try throwing this into your workouts. Start with 3 rounds of 3 or something comfortable with no weight. It's more for explosiveness from your hips but I find it helps me with mobility as well. http://mtnathlete.com/subpage_details.p ... page_ID=14

And since I'm posting, I'm starting week 2 of a 3 week strength cycle. My session for today:

Warm up:

3 Rounds
Barbell Complex @ 45/65
Instep Stretch

Training:

(1) 8 Rounds
2x Power Clean
4x Push ups

Round Reps %1RM
1 2 55
2 2 65
3 2 75
4 2 85
5 2 85
6 2 85
7 2 85
8 2 85

(2) 8 Rounds
4x Bench Press
3/5x Mixed Grip Pull ups

Round Reps %1RM
1 4 55
2 4 65
3 4 75
4 4 85
5 4 85
6 4 85
7 4 85
8 4 85

(3) 6 Rounds
3x Joey- increase load until 3x is hard, but doable
3rd World Stretch

Then 1 hour of astanga yoga in the evening.

Depends...

1) If you are going for max weight attempts dropping is safer (on your joints and connective tissue) than hanging onto the bar
2) The knurling might be very smooth and/or person has sweaty palms, and/or didn't chalk up, so the bar slips each time
3) weak grip strength
4) plain laziness

Yeah, not this time... I had to leave the gym to get a key to lock an office for someone who forgot their key....I was in the middle of the first 800 m hence cutting it in half. I need to leave the gym by 515 to get home on time.

I guess you aren't into metal/hard rock....www.disturbed1.com

Lyrics aren't that hard to understand depending on the actually style...the really growly Slayerish, possessed by Satan vocals, yeah.....for all most people know they are probably actually "singing" about rainbows unicorns, and sustainable environmental practices. As for bands....So so many bands out there, and good ones too. It is my intent to use the money and ample leave I get with this gig to cross several items off my bucket list, including Shiprocked (Metal Fest/crusie in the carribean), Wacken Open Air (HUGE festival in Germany), Rock Am Ring (Another HUGE fest in Germany), Rock Im Park (runs along Rock Am Ring), and Big Day Out in Australia. I went to Ozzfest in Buffalo once with my parents (1996 to be precise), it was amazing, and kinda cool to 3 generations present (lots of people my parents age, because of Ozzy, naturally), people my age (20 somethings), and the kids of the 20 somethings.

If you are into metal you should go to Mayhem Festival or Heavy T.O., you might have to overlook numerous ahem smoking related transgressions.....and trust me you wouldn't be too old, bands like Motorhead, Anthrax, Slayer, are perrenials at these events. And Hell Ozzy is in his 60's, Lemmy is ageless (he is God afterall), Rob Zombie is pushing 50, and Manson is in 40's, just saying

Saw him at Ozzfest, and again in 07 in Detroit Co-headlining with Rob Zombie (again with Dad), that was a kick ass show.
