I know this was supposed to be my "off" week before leaving for Depot...but I couldn't do it. I need to be in the gym..lol. I jalso just bought my daughter (4 yrs old) a bike and although small...she can pedal really fast, so I've been chasing her up and down the canal for a good workout. I think I'll make tomorrow my last day of working out before Depot. I'd rather spend the rest of my time at home with the wife kids. I'll have 24 weeks of working out starting the 21st.
Troop #3....starting April 21st. Finally!!!!!!!!

You're a machine.

Any suggestions on how to do the weighted pull-ups from yesterday? I can try and hook a dumbbell between my legs, but is there an easier way?

Either a weighted vest, or "Dip Belt", which is basically a leather weight-lifting belt with a long chain you feed through weight plates.

Today
While still at work

"Tabata This"

Squats
Pull ups
Push ups
Sit ups
Row (substituted Kettlebell Swings for Rows)

Notes:
Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) is applied in turn to the Squat, Rower, Pullups, Sit-ups, and Push-ups with a one minute rotation break between exercises. Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. During the one minute rotation time allowed the clock is not stopped but kept running. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

When I got home, 5km set new personal best time 30:39.10

That sounds like me, I really want to do everything, and know how too, but I need to try it.

Tonight, I are three hotdogs, a handful of chocolate chip cookies and a 1/2 litre of milk. I then did bench and bench accessory work at the gym, followed by the other 1/2 litre of milk and nachos and cheese.

Carry on Crossfitters...
