Purple K

Postby K_is_for_Kyle » Thu Oct 11, 2007 1:04 am

Not sure if this has ever been a topic in this forum before? I've recently started taking this supplement and wow...BY FAR the best creatine I have ever tried! The big push for me to try this is their Kre-Alkalyn patent. This doesn't produce creatinine, which causes your body to become bloated, gassy(I find it still makes me fart tho...I fart a lot anyways) and my personal favourite...gut rot! If anyone is interested, I'll keep you posted on my results.

Before Purple K:
Bench: 280
Squat: 315 (I know...it's kinda lacking in comparison to my bench  )
I'm 5'8 175 lbs.

PS. I picked this product up at Sport Nutrition Depot Canada

A friend of mine had some success with that supplement as well. I generally consider myself a non-responder when it comes to creatine, but perhaps I'll give this a go some time. It's capsules not powder isn't it?

Yes, it's pill form...which I hate! 4 pills on workout days, and 2 on non-workout days. From the very first session I noticed my strength and recovery was elivated! The only down part is the pills in my opinion....size of footballs!!

You'll find that the pills are easier to swallow if you wash them down with a couple pints of warm bacon grease.

I don't respond well to most either, but I tried Purple K twice and both times had amazing results with minimal side effects. Give it a go.

So it does not give you that bloated feeling like powedered creatine?

Also do you have to increase your water intake like you have to do with the powders?

Any loading phase?

No bloating at all. Take your water intake up anyways though.
I have been on it for two weeks now, and have noticed minor improvements
Who knows if these improvements are related to taking the purple k...maybe I am just trying harder.

So far so good I guess...

The company who makes Purple K also sells an awsome energy suppliment called Fubar. Try it, it's insane energy. Just make sure you burn off that exess energy, I got really bad jitters!
