Here is a list of the Private Forums, and instructions on how to apply to each one.
For those of you who don't qualify for forum access quite yet, don't worry - the Private Forums are not much different than the public ones.
For those who do, please join the discussions in the Private Forums. It is a great place to vent. But, as in all forum posts, be careful of what you say. The Private Forums are only "loosely moderated" so to speak, but that doesn't mean that one of your superiors isn't reading what you say.
