Been wearing Strykes and TDU's for the last month. Love em. Only complaint on the Strykes is that the cargo pocket is a bit higher than the TDU's and the bottom of my holster gets in the way a little when I'm pulling stuff out of there. Other than that, they feel like PJ's or track pants... Extremely comfortable. Would definitely buy again.

We have the option between the TDU and the Styke Pants so I've worn them both, personally, I prefer the TDUs and have found them to be tried and true so when uniform renewal time comes up, I just get all 3 new pairs in TDU (I mix up the materials, I have the heavier ones for Winter and the lighter for summer).

As for the Stryke Pants - I have a pair, they're comfortable, the slit cell pockets in the front are a little strange but other than that - I really haven't had any complaints. Some of my coworkers love them and swear by them so really it's all down to personal preference.
If a man speaks his mind in the forest and a woman doesn't hear it, is he still wrong?

The Derks pants fade and look bad after a while. The Strykes will still fade a bit but will wear better.

The little pockets in front are good for your knife if it has a belt clip. The cargo pockets aren't massive but they work fine. The inner pockets are good for carbine mags; just snug.

Overall, more than half of the GD guys and gals in my detachment now wear the Strykes. Whether the member is wearing the Strykes or TDUs, it looks much better.

Hint: the issued non-washable pants have some nice stripes on them. :)

Too true! ;)

Hopefully you guys and gals in Air Mode will be able to share that problem sooner rather than later. :(
