That is a fire department badge. The beaver at the top is a dead give away. And I also have that same badge issued to me by my volunteer fire dept....

In BC, a Security Guard carrying or using a badge could be issued a VT for $115. Does Ontario have such a Law?

Yes, Ontario prohibits security guards from carrying badges. The fines are much larger though. (upto $25,000)

Badge restriction on security would only apply during work though, if you're "off duty :roll: ) the psisa has no effect
