I got banned within SECONDS of posting on one of their photos, "What the hell is this?"

Seconds people.

Now, I have some questions for you folks....

HOW is this company allowed to exist? They mimic police uniforms nearly to a T. I can tell you right now, I have never seen them in my patrol area. I'm surprised Toronto PS is ok with them playing pretend...

ALSO, I just became aware they have badges and forage caps????

I picture a cat, laying on the floor in the afternoon sunlight dappling through the window of an older single person's living room, lazily slapping a filthy, once-catnip-infused-but-now-nearly-scentless, fuzzy old chew-toy mouse.

Yes, I HAVE thought about writing for a zine for lonely people - why do you ask?

The social media account appears to show multiple PSISA violations. The Ministry doesn't seem to be taking enforcement action (yet).
Between the unmarked cars, black shirts, privacy policy issues, etc... it's mind boggling.

Public Complaints

Members of the public may file a public complaint against any licensed individual or licensed company if they feel that a violation of the PSISA or its regulations has been committed.

I suppose if the public is not aware of the rules and regulations, they won't think to complain.

I can't believe that nothing has happened to cause a complaint, which would lead the Government to see other issues.

I am as well. I called him out on his "shotgun" training video and the video of him blowing a stop sign in a residential area and squealing tires.

It seems he tends to work up in 23 and 31 division.....I've provided his posts to a couple friends in those divisions to keep an eye, along with the SG act short form wordings. If he wanders into my little slice of heaven, we shall see how that goes.

The amount of wannabeeism is incredible.

I swear I saw one of their stickers that indicate the property is protected by them on Church Street. I think I spend have my shift hoping to find them bahahah

Buddy of mine is at 31, he was not impressed when he showed up on a post!

Wow, just discovering this hot-mess now. I browsed the Instagram account briefly, and found myself to be educated on the proper uses of an expandable baton.....thanks ETFS, I will re-jig my lesson plan for my next Threat Pattern Recognition course based on what I learned from a 2 second clip of one your "Most Elite" showing how to go from de-escalating to drawing your baton, then suddenly switching hands.....just impressive, stunning actually.

Keep up the solid work "bro"

Now on a sidebar I do believe OC should be legalized if not authorized for security, but I know that’s gonna cause a shitstorm

Yeah exactly, it shows intent is likely already there.
It'd make sense for the most part, if regulated training/rules were in place, but some would for sure still abuse it.

"etfsec@86shredz we’ve been doing security for 10 years. I know the bill. And I don’t care. If my guard has 5-10 people coming at them while working or not they will be using it to protect themselves. Justification will be there. My guards are not retarded. All are use of force trained and it’s more of a deterrent than anything. Security is a joke, and people don’t take the industry seriously. We’re changing that believe me."

They are clearly instructed to use it on people.

....and they likely do not do any con / decon training.....and for that reason alone, the respect level drops even further.....why do I have to be hit with a face-full of Sabre Red and do my drills, and these Monkeys just buy it at Canadian Tire and chuck it on their belts....

I Thought all security was low level and only purpose was observe and report ?
