Kicked off a law enforcement forum for threatening moderators through PMs and emails ... yeah, that will look good on the ole resume if EVER applying to a police agency.

That was for real? It looks like a bad SNL skit.

The best part is that he thinks he’s a star. Maybe is call sign is Viper or Cobra?

It appears to be real lol

He should be teaching his employees to disengage in that situation where a subject has a weapon!

And to think, all these years I've only been carrying a pistol, baton and OC spray. I want SCISSORS on my vest as a use of force option too!

Ditch the pistol and OC.

All you need is a baton, scissors and a Molle drop leg radio pouch to intimidate criminals into compliance

Still mad mine got confiscated on the greyhound bus after 3 days. Not like they were on my person or anything. Guess I needed an ATC to have them secured in my toiletry bag and to move them from one place to the next. :( Anyone got the number for the Chief Scissor Officer for next time?

Got to keep the rock and paper but it just wasn't the same anymore. :((
Humour and sarcasm are my default options. Except on Tuesdays.

Responding negatively and childishly about legitimate concerns from serving LE and police regarding their uniforms and "training" videos wasn't good enough for this guy. He was like, "Hold my beer....";

Kicked off a law enforcement forum for threatening moderators through PMs and emails ..
"Don't let someone get comfortable disrespecting you."

Alberta has better (read; more controlled) policies on carrying batons and cuffs, which is what Ontario should do.

But in Ontario as security it's possible to carry a gun like I did...

What was your roll as a security guard in ontario to carry one ?

Sorry for my late response

Alarm response to authorized properties, regular patrols on properties, mobile patrol, escorts, etc

Same as regular baton/cuff security with a sidearm and shotgun, on properties authorized by the CFO for my company.

Intercon (now garda) did the same as well, not just ttc.
