Re: RCMP 5.11 Fleece?

I personally like the look.
Some members wear it, some got it and don't.

I have picked one up from the store for a member. He ordered it with the writings. He wears it but gets complains as the fleece is not force approved item.

Re: 2010 BC Assessement property values

When is it going to end? Some 2011 Richmond assessments show as high as 30% increase over 2010 Property assessment spikes in Richmond are among the highest in the province, with some rising as much as 30 per cent. The annual assessment notices have started popping up in mailboxes this week and many ...

Re: New $100 bill

I am guessing that the technology of producing such bills is not new as many, many moons ago I had the pleasure of receiving some Australian bills. Same idea.

Re: New $100 bill

The bills, when fairly new, have a scent of Maple Syrup. Cool.

I think that since it is you that will be screened and not your wife you have little to worry about, unless, you were visiting her country for extended periods of time.

Re: RCMP APPLICANT GENERAL CHIT CHAT

I doesn't matter what I think. Jobs are jobs. You held them, that's all. How much work experience a person of 18 years of age can have? Really. I mean as for full time employment after graduating from HS. All that matter is that you have a job and you hold on to it, whatever it is. You are still you...

Re: RCMP APPLICANT GENERAL CHIT CHAT

There are a lot of people who work for their family, as in their family business.
I work for myself, I was asked to provide customers and employees (believe it or not) as work references. :D

Re: RCMP APPLICANT GENERAL CHIT CHAT

Negative?, nah, why would this be negative? You are doing everything as you would do living on your own plus helping those who fed your mouth for years. This is an oppinion of a father of a couple of teens.. I'd rather have them stick around and help out instead of stuffing money into the pocket of ...

Re: RCMP APPLICANT GENERAL CHIT CHAT

I don't want to make a new thread, so I'll ask my question here. How important is it, to the RCMP, that an applicant be living on his own? (Not with his parents) Will it be a reason for an applicant to be deferred? I'm just curious. I have yet to finish high school, and am debating on moving out as...
