Today: 2 mile run only. Last .4 miles ran at 7.0 with 3 incline. Then up to 7.1 @ 4 incline for the last .1 mile. I was huffing nicely by then. Yesterday:
5k: 26:32--kept going to finish 6k in 31:10
Walk .5 before and after for cooldown.

Weights:
Did regular 5 upper body and 2 lower body machine weights 2 x 10.

Run felt really good. Spring is slowly showing it's face. I walked around with a light sports jacket today.
I'm liking that.
