Re: Regular Fitness

You're too busy doing all these other ones!

This will most likely be my only one this year, so I'm just going to try and beat last years time by at least 5 min.

Might as well have a goal eh. Helps me work a bit harder :alright:

Re: Regular Fitness

Great run outside yesterday! Drove out a ways and ran a hilly route. Distance was about 6k, and took a bit longer, but really felt good when I was done. Got my info last week through email for the Half coming up again in Hamilton this fall. I'm starting to think I might give it a go again this year....

Also, if you look at the Vitality section here on Blueline, there are a few good threads about working out for Prep, pare etc. Regular Fitness and Crossfit sections have a lot of good info.

Did some upper body as well. Going to start trying for Pullups. Always hard for me so my goal is 10 by J...

Re: Advice Please...

The wall is very doable. I got over it first time (as most folks do) without ever going over it in a practice. If there is a College close by that holds the Police Foundation Course, they will/should have a complete Prep set for those taking the course. If you contact the College, and explain your i...

It's been pretty busy around here lately, not much time for posting. I Have, however, kept up my running and weight w/o's. I'm not going to post it all because it's been a while, but I worked out 4x last week, and will be 4x this week. Hopefully back to normal nxt week!
