At this point I would say prob not. I just don't think i'll be able to get the training in. I'm starting back into it now, but the going will be slower for a bit.

Had good runs these past couple of weeks. Been sticking to gym except for a couple outdoor runs late in the day. Getting through the mosquitoes and other bugs trying to get up my nose and in my mouth was an added benefit to the great outdoors running experience! Did a good 2 mile run the other day, ...

Had a few nice outdoor runs, and treadmill runs this week. Also upper and lower body w/o's with and without weights.

Busy week and weekend so not a lot of time to post everything.

5 Pushups-5 sec going down, hold for 5, 5 sec back up

Another thing for me, in the summer. I either run earlier mornings (always done by 10), or evenings after 8. The only time I run 'during' real heat is if I'm at a race. For you out door runners, at what point do you say it is too hot out? Hey Shawshank Everyones different. Some people love training in heat. So my workouts have been going great! This 'core' program I've started to increase speed seems to be working. Yesterday I ran my personal best (for the last 2years) and ran my 5k in 24:32. I continued on to finish 6k in 29:05. The best part is I didn't tax myself at all. It's an interesting feeling!...
